Times Of India — toi paper not delivered for last 2 months

My subscription start from 01 may 2019 to 30 apr 2020.

For last 2 months i haven't got any update or information on my mobile or email to stop the toi daily news paper and all of sudden they stop delivering it. Tried calling the chennai toi toll and national tf number no response. Sent multiple sms to their sms gateway 58888. And booked a ticket also, there is no mail, or text or call from toi. Can you please help to refund or start delivering the news paper as we already paid all the amount in advance through on line. Also need to extend the subscription date as a compensation for the period they have not delivered the news paper.
