Times Of India — TOI print Annual subscription discontinued due to death of newspaper agent

I have started TOI print Annual subscription in Nov 2020 by paying Rs 899 by cheque to Bairaveshwara news agency, Bangalore. The agent stopped paper distribution in April 2020 as he was not well. Subsequently he expired (Agent Name Krishnappa Gowda).
I have following up the matter with concerned people at TOI without any resolution.
Request you to restart newspaper distribution to me asap.
