Times Of India — toi representative and deepak vichare vendor both are not responding

Address:Thane, Maharashtra, 421301

I am a subscriber of toi. I have given a cheque rs 1462 and rs eight cash to your representative. Now i am not getting paper as well as my cheque and cash rs eight.
He is telling cheque bounced. But why??? He has to tell the reason or he has to contact me.

Our vendor deepak vichare is also not responding.

Now please do needful to resolve this problem.

I Rajiv Ranjan, subscribe times of india newspaper for two years, cheque is also clear but till date i have not received the coupon. So kindly send coupon immediately.
