Times Of India — Vendor not delivering paper

I have taken annual subscription of times of india and Maharashtra times news paper. i am renewing same since past many years.

However, the current paper Vendor (named Rishikesh) is not delivering newspaper for months together. his is not contactable either.

kindly resolve the same at the earliest
