Times Of India — Yearly subscription delay

This is Premalatha from Tamil Nadu. I have subscribed to Times of India Newspaper on 14.05.2022. (yearly subscription). My Customer ID is [protected]. Subscription Form No. SCN23810179.

So far I have not received my Newspaper delivery to my home.
I have given so many complaints over phone to the customer care. But in spite of their assurances they did not resolve my issue. Time of India customer services don't have a feedback system. Hence I request you to kindly do the needful to resolve the issue at the earliest.
