I was transfer ₹ 3975 in octafx this amount was deducted by bank but not show in octafx so what may I do....

I had made payment through internet banking of SBI on 3rd september and the money was deducted from my bank but I didtn't recieved my purchased item and not even got refund the worst part of it is I can't complain about this in my bank because it doen't shows transaction id....

I tried to add 60 UC through netbanking with my SBI account ending with 33280 on 26th of August. But I didn't receive any UC in my BGMI account and balance deducted from my bank account.

Kindly look into this matter and either refund the money in my account or add 60 UC in my BGMI account.
