On 10th jan 2019 i bought a purchase of 799 rs from google play store for purchasing 600 uc for pubg game. My transaction was successfull (Reference no. Igafdsv0h9) but the uc was not yet purchased in the pubg game. So please refund my amount since uc had not purchased yet. So please refund my amount. For this i shall be thinkable to you.

Sir, ordered for the ebook namely - men who met god (Isbn[protected].
Through the net banking payment method, i paid for the purchase. But i did not get any book downloaded in my library. But only thing i received was the text message from my bank stating that the amount which i paid got debitted.
Now what i want is - either the book or refund of money.
It's going to be serious because it was my first ever purchase in the google play. Please do consider.
May not my trust over google play books and other services get its trust diminished because of this in the future.
And i am also sending the text confirmation message sent by my bank, and it follows as,
"thankfor using state bank internet banking. Reference no. For transaction of rs. 319.31 from a/c ending * to times of money limited on 12-jan-19 at 00:22 is igafeagxj7.

My name is melvin sewak. I had made a purchase of rs 565.00 for "complete c# masterclass" on 7th jan 2019. The payment was successful on bank page but when it returned to udemy page it showed transaction error. When i checked, my money was deducted from my account but course was not added to my courses list. Kindly look into this and refund the amount again to my bank account.

I pay for purchasing 600uc for buying royal pass but money had deducted from my account and the uc is yet not purchased. So what can i do?? Should I get my refund of my amount respectively or the rare 600 uc which I have bought??

When i reopened the app, i didn't got my order and my money was deducted from my account. But, the product is not received yet. The amount is debited from my account. So please either refund me or provide the uc. My pubg profile name is ajaddash and id is[[protected]]

This is kishore. I tried to purchase a course on udemy dated 24/12/2018 for rs.850/- but once the transaction is about to complete, it showed an error message. The purchase did not get completed but the money got debited from my account. So kindly refund my amount to my account as soon as possible. This is my second time. Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 22dec at 3am via internet banking. Costing rs.799 for uc credit of 600+60

My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my pnb account that the money went in times of money limited.
Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

Customer care centres are unreachable.
