I did a in game purchases of rupees 799 for the elite royal pass on pubg mobile on the date 19/01/2019 at 12:50pm. The money from. My sbi account got deducted but i didn't receive any uc cash. The payment was done through net banking. Please refund the money to my account asap. The amount is very huge to let go. Please help. I have attached a screenshot of the transaction details.
