TimesofMoney — pubg uc did not added but money deducted from bank

Dear team,
Yesterday i done one transaction for purchasing the pubgmobile uc and the transaction got interrupt in middle, but the amout of rs. 659 got debited form my state bank of india on 29th december 9:30pm,
Kindly take an action and refund the amount.
