Did a in game purchases of rupees Rs. 799 for the Royal Pass on PUBG Mobile on the date 21/01/2019 at 11:53 pm. The money from.my SBI account got deducted but i didn't receive any UC cash. The payment was done through Net Banking. Please refund the money to my account ASAP. Please help. I have attached a screenshot of the transaction details. Spent Rs 420 twice (total of Rs. 840) and the money never processed but the money was deducted from my account. Now times of money is not replying nor are the answering their phones. i want my money back.
