Dear sir, I would like to inform you that i purchased my sony 24' tv led in Vishakhapatnam tmc in the year 2015, feb. My tv model no:klv-24p412b. I have done extended warranty with bajaj allianze for 2 years. Right now my tv was under repair and for further proceedings i have to submit my invoice copy as my tv was under warranty. When i called to the tmc customer care they said that it will take nearly one week for issuing my invoice copy. So, please help me in this regard.
