Hi Sir, My Name is Kartheek, I booked 300/- special tickets 4 (1200/-) to my family members through online. At the time billing process unfortunately i lost power and money debited from my a/c after that i got some remark like "Ticket released after a period of inactivity". I tried so many times to contact with TTD IT department. One Person said send mail to [protected]@tirumala.org and [protected]@e-ttd.org. But no response from those guys. When i call to[protected] they said it will takes credit within 45 days but still didn't get. After that i tried to contact EDPM through phone i dial so many times to[protected]/341 but they didn't lift the call. Why they are doing like this don't know. Please as soon as possible recover my money. My Request No:[protected]. I hope on you only. Find below Proofs of mails to EDPM and online Payment proof. Sir, I Roshy from Cochin kerala booked room at thirupati Vishnu Nivas on 11.8 2016 afternoon Rent Rs.800/-, but I not used this room because I and my families Darsan was completed in that morning so we will back. We have also lost Rs.800/- because I will booked room same on 10. 8.2016 time slot 00.00 to 12pm but we will reach there at evening 7pm the accomodation centre officials not allowed me room so I take new Rs. 800/- they also told very badly refund not allowed so I have to lost Rs. 1600 rupes. sir i booked 300/-special ticket for my cousin through on line on 5/8/16.but due to some technical problem the transaction got failed and the status comes refund but still i not received so please refund me soon my booking id number[protected], darshan date 6/10/16, time 12.00.p.m, my bank syndicate, transaction number[protected][protected]
I want to cancel my booked online seva tickets, there should be an option of cancellation, so that others can utilize those tickets, as well as we get some refund amount.
