[Resolved]  Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam — Online Payment Refund

Hi Sir, My Name is Kartheek, I booked 300/- special tickets 4 (1200/-) to my family members through online. At the time billing process unfortunately i lost power and money debited from my a/c after that i got some remark like "Ticket released after a period of inactivity". I tried so many times to contact with TTD IT department. One Person said send mail to [protected]@tirumala.org and [protected]@e-ttd.org. But no response from those guys. When i call to[protected] they said it will takes credit within 45 days but still didn't get. After that i tried to contact EDPM through phone i dial so many times to[protected]/341 but they didn't lift the call. Why they are doing like this don't know. Good day sir,
Please note that I attempted to book two special dharshan tickets on two occasions for 13th July'15 from 3pm to 4pm, amount of Rs.605 was deducted from my bank account but booked history is showing 'Ticket released after period of inactivity'. Please find below booking details and kindly refund my deducted amount.

rupees and when i am checking with TTD Seva Contact number no response from members

I tried to book two special entry darshan tickets on 24/08/2015 for darshan date of 25/08/2015.
My request was processed and I was given request number :[protected].
Money of Rs 650 was deducted from my account but tickets were not booked and gave remark as failure.

I contacted the call center and they informed me that it may be refunded but they didn't give details about when.
Then I again booked two tickets and this time I could successfully book two tickets after deducting Rs 650 from my account again.

Follow up on my earlier complaint on Aug 26, 2015 regarding online payment refund,
this is to bring to the notice of other complainers that I received refund from
Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam after 20 days.
Hello Team,

I had used my credit card for booking tickets online on the 23th-June-2015. The transaction was not complete due to some server issue from your end(Network Delay:Transaction Cancelled) but my credit card was charges for INR 1, 836.00. I had no option but used my debit card for booking tickets.

The last four digits of I.C.I.C.I card number used for booking tickets online is 9000. I have attached the statement and the password to open the statement is kart1607.

Please check the statement which has a reference number also, bank provided a different number 150078 to check with your team.

I attended the darshan on 27-June-2015 with my family and returned back home. I called the call centre team and they confirmed the transaction was declined and there should be a refund given to my account not less than 15 working days. I have been calling them after the number of days they said to wait for another 10working days, Its almost two month and i have not received any credit from your team.

Please look into this matter at the earliest and reply.

Sir I have booked Suprabhatha darshanam ticket on[protected] order No[protected] but due to server problem it is not alloted for me.But my amount Rs-120- was debited from my account. Hence if posssible kindly refund the amount

Sir I have booked special entry darshan for my Brother in law and my sister. Booking is done on[protected] and the special entry darshan time is on[protected]. My amount Rs.600/- has been debited from my account but when i opened my Id [protected]@gmail.com in ttdsevaonline.com and in history, there shows a statement saying "no bookings in this record". so i request you kindly refund the amount in my account.
