I bought a titan women watch before 7 years for an 5000 rs/- few days before watch glass has been broken for an payment replacement i visited karur titan showroom but in that they are asking bills warranty cards for an payment replacement too..For an seven years how we could keep the bills safe..And even if bill is also there i am going to pay for replacement then why they are asking warranty cards and bills i do know Was this information helpful? | |||

Titan company has no proper service and least bothered about customers. better if they close their online things as they are not capable of serving customers properly.
I ordered a titan watch online and returned due to quality issue...provide all required doc for refund..but money is not refunded even after 6 months.
