My titan watch with model no 1572KD8 has been running late since 4 months, I have given it for repairing in titan service center for 6 times but no response. They return without repairing.
Pls help me
It seems I have fallen into trap by buying titan watches....

I bought a titan women watch before 7 years for an 5000 rs/- few days before watch glass has been broken for an payment replacement i visited karur titan showroom but in that they are asking bills warranty cards for an payment replacement too..For an seven years how we could keep the bills safe..And even if bill is also there i am going to pay for replacement then why they are asking warranty cards and bills i do know...

I bought a Titan watch on 26th March 2016 from Gariahat showroom Kolkata.Since the wrist band had to be adjusted i asked the sales girl Richa to detach the portion of the wrist band of the bi metallic watch to adjust my wrist.the sales girl returned the watch in a box conveying that she had done the needful. however back home, when i took out the watch from the box, I found the undesirable part of the band not detached. as a result of which...

A titan wrist watch shown in pictures - 1 & 2 was purchased by me in january, 2014 from a shop at faridabad, haryana. Leather wallet purchased from Titan showroom at JM road pune-5 on sixth october 2015 mrp rs:1199=00 within 3 months the outer layer of the wallet started peeling off which indicates that it is not genuine leather as claimed by Titan.I have showed the invoice copy and the defective product to the store Manager.I have emailed the photos to the showroom.Waiting for response for further action....

I bought a chain with item code- 501195cpxgaa00- 18kt cahain on 25th of novemeber 2015. I was attended very nicely by rso- amita at tanishq karol bagh, who misinformed me totally about the product, that since it is 18kt chain it will be way stronger that 22kt and will not break at all, but to my surprise chain broke by itself with in 3 moths time. Not only this, tanishq also misinformed me about the deisgn of the cahain, which was so troublesome...

Hello, i purchase titan Watch Model 9166NL02 two years before for almost 7000/-INR. now my watch strap is damaged i want to purchase new strap for same model. but Titan show room/service center JM Road pune says. company has stop this model and Strap is not available in market/company. fit another strap.

Not recieved my watch till date. Sent for repair. Watch had problem with chronograph after 2 months. This watch i got after replacement of previous automatic watch which gave problem in the first month o[censored]se. For that replacement i waited 2 months and now this watch also gave up. I have ordered a belt for my wrist watch three months ago and I have
beengiven a false assurance that I will be getting my belt in 20br...

I have given my watch to repair at World of titan, Chandmari, Guwahati, Assam, before 4 months.. every time i call thay used to inform me that it will be done withing 3/4 working days.. but it never comes.. still my watch is under repairing.. i dont know what is going on.. whether i will get back my watch or not.....

I made purchase from Tanishq showroom city plaza, jammu on 09/06/2015 .and that time I was told that I will get cash back on payment with my debit card of state bank of India, which amounts to Rs 4000.(2000 each as I made payment with two different debit cards.)
But till now I have not received my payment and in spite of repeated calls to showroom my problem is not sorted.
Hope above said problem will be dealt.
