I purchased two spectacles on 21 February 2026 from Titan Eye+ (Connaught Place, New Delhi) fitted with premium high quality and expensive Zeiss Progressive Lences in both the spectacles.

Once started to use I experienced vision is not clear while working on desktop with same issues with both the glasses.
I lodged a complaint online on [protected]@titan.co.in dated 27th February 2026 received the complaint No. TKT-[protected] regarding the same. Received response on 17th March 2026 after escalation and was asked to visit the store to resolution.
The key issues are as follows:
• The spectacles supplied are not serving their intended purpose, as I am unable to achieve clear vision while working on a computer.
• My complaint was raised within the eligible policy window for refund, yet no appropriate action has been taken.
• I am currently based outside India and have clearly communicated my inability to visit the store physically.
• Despite this, they insist on a store visit instead of offering a practical resolution.
• I have already expressed my willingness to return both products via courier for inspection.
Despite raising my complaint on 27 February 2026—well within the 7-day refund policy period—I have not received any effective resolution to date. My concerns have been repeatedly delayed, and responses, when provided, have been inadequate and non-solution oriented.
Despite sending repeated reminders to them for resolution of the issue including email to Store at Connaught place, they prefer to keep quiet.
Despite sending several reminders I have received only one email from Customer care asking me to visit the store to resolve the issue.
It is both unreasonable and unfair to expect a customer to travel internationally to resolve issues arising from unsuitable products, especially when the complaint was raised within the policy timeline.
In light of the above, my request is to acceptance of product return via courier for inspection, and
Processing of a full refund upon verification, given that the product is not fit for its intended use.
