Titan Energy — Leaving colour of Dial

Hi Team,
I had purchased Titan Edge world's slimiest watch and while purchasing vendor informed me that dial comes with life time warranty of colour, currently my dial is leaving colour black after 3-4 years. When went to vendor he is now deniying to exchange or help in same. He asked me to visit service center and ask them to change my dial by paying them.
If premium watches ha such defect why you charge so much.

Titan Energy — watch battery

Just before i changed battery to my fastrack watch in a titan showroom located at arni, tvm dist, tamilnadu. They charged me rs.160 for replacing the battery alone.. I was shocked and searching over internet.. I never thought that a brand showroom can do such cheaper things.. How can a battery costs rs160? I'm so confused with the rates.. And also they didn't give me any printed slip.. Instead they gave me hand written bill.. I request titan...

Titan Energy — my delayed baggage and seems missing

On dec 12, while i was on the aircraft, the cabin crew asked me to sign a document cause i have power bank in my luggage (I think it was an authorization letter for them to open my bag for them to take out the power bank). I really need that bag cause my important documents such us emirates id, insurance card, etc. Are there and i am leaving uae for good very soon so i need to surrender those documents / cards for my clearance in my current...
