I had purchased a wrist watch (Sonata 87078 SMO1) from M/s. Popular Times, Laxmi Bazar, Angul, Odisha. After few months one of the hour markers dislocated from its place. I approached the shop keeper for repairing / refixing the hour marker, as it was under warranty. However, the shop keeper M/s. Popular Times said he do not have required machineries to remove the glass and advised me to go to other shops. He avoided me and refused to extend any help. Kindly look into the matter.
