I purchased a culotte saree from tjori.com in the month of may 2020. The order arrived on 25th august (Thankfully the same year!). Upon opening, the saree measures 0.98 metres to be precise. I immediately shot a mail to them with a complaint that it is too short, unlike the website where the length of the saree is 3.5 metres and that it doesn't match the pictures as shown on the website.
And then, the cycle of irritation began, since they chose to deliberately keep mum. Absolutely no response from the customer support, for days and days and days. Online shopping is being used by these "homegrown" fraud brands for filling their pockets while we as customers fall for labels with verified handles on instagram. Was this information helpful? |
