Tjori.com — faulty product

I purchased a culotte saree from tjori.com in the month of may 2020. The order arrived on 25th august (Thankfully the same year!). Upon opening, the saree measures 0.98 metres to be precise. I immediately shot a mail to them with a complaint that it is too short, unlike the website where the length of the saree is 3.5 metres and that it doesn't match the pictures as shown on the website.

And then, the cycle of irritation began, since they chose to deliberately keep mum. Absolutely no response from the customer support for days. When i sent a mail enquiring about delivery of other products in the same order + the complaint in another para, they responded to the delivery date only. Carefully ignored the complaint.

I would like to have the product replaced, or returned, at the earliest since this correspondence is exhausting and is causing unnecessary harassment to me for absolutely no fault of mine. That's not how online business works.
