Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering! Incorrect items shipped, products unavailable so accepted a credit voucher, now those products are overdue by nearly a month. Of the two that actually WERE sent, one (again!) was incorrect. Lately NO response from customer service to emails, and when they did respond previously, they seemed not to have read my messages as they responded in ways that did not address the actual issue. The service is so bad as to be laughable, except they still have my money and I have no (or incorrect) products, so I'm not laughing. Pathetic! Was this information helpful? |
