This is regarding my order experience with Tjori which was the worst online experience for me. I placed 3 dresses order on 14th August which was supposed to be delivered to me by 22nd August, 2021. I didn’t receive any order shipment or delivery details from the company. The order got delayed till 2nd September and then to 15th September without any notification given. After writing a mail I got a mail saying I will be contacted which was not done either. Unfortunately, it was a pre-paid order so I had no other option except for waiting. I got my order which was partial(2 out of 3 dresses) that too the quality was not up to the mark and the buttons were not done properly. I asked them to cancel my order and refund to which they said to issue a credit note. As a customer right I can claim to refund my money as the order was extremely delayed and I was neither asked nor informed about the issue.
