Tjori.com — Return of the product

I ordered red kulumkari trench coat with wooden buttons and received on 8th march 2022. The quality is too poor and not at all up to the mark. I initiated return request via mail. I received a mail which confirm the pickup schedule. But there was no one to pickup the item. After two days I again mailed to return the coat. They gave return mail for pickup... these continue till date. But no return pickup. I am experiencing the worst service ever. Don't know I can return it or not. The quality of the coat is too bad that no one can use it. What to do... please suggest
