I purchased a kurta set for a boy and a khadi dress for girl. They extended the delivery date 3 times and took 2 months to deliver saying that they procured the wrong fabric. They simply refused to cancel the order even though the delay was very long. Finally the items arrived and I did a gently hand wash before using them. I was extremely upset to see that the dye colour on the buttons were bleeding and it stained the white kurta wherever there are buttons. So the kurta was a waste of money. The girls dress also has a big avoidable mistake. The neck is too small for the head even after opening the button. How can a good tailor make a blunder like this on a premium product? My only choice was to cut the fabric on the back of the dress with scissors to fit the head. So both my purchases are a waste. I know they won’t give me a refund so I didn’t even try to ask. Their website looks great. But they are doing such cheap work behind the scenes. Here are some photos. They are just trying to save their company by selling crap, nobody is doing any quality check before packing the items. They communicate only via emails. This way we are at their mercy after paying money. You can be sure that you will not be refunded if your product is damaged or is of poor quality.
