I placed on order on 30th july and i am yet to receive the order. They keep delaying the delivery every week. Basically they don't have any customer care and there is only one phone number and one email id on their website. The telephone number is fake and does not work. If you email them then out of 20 emails they may respond to one just stating the apology for the delay but they never mention about when we will receive the product and the reason for the delay.
I think this is a fraud company and i have lost the money i paid. If we comment on their fb/instagram post asking for the update then they immediately delete the comment/post. There is no way to reach out to them at all. Once paid money is gone, so dear customers please do not order from tjori.com their website looks very fancy but they are only out there to cheat people.
