Tjori team service is one of the worst services I have gotten so far. I had ordered this product and did not receive the entire set and the colour is nowhere near the one shown online. I tried sending it back. I sent a minimum of 50 mails and waited for 2.5 months and still waiting for someone to come and pick up the product. Very irresponsible behaviour and extreme lack of service. The stupid product is still lying with me, with one one to bother doing anything. I requested a refund and I am not even getting a rupee back for the mistake that amazing TJORI did. I have made an order 0f 30, 000 rupees until now from tjori, and they first time I tried returning, this is the service I get. Major issue in fitting for earlier products as well. Never buying from Tjori again. And I suggest the same to everyone else

This is a fake company I believe, I ordered a month before paying it but still they have postponed to July 6th, there is customer care number and mails and msgs are simply auto generated..pls don't get cheated..spread this msg as much as possible coz others don't get deceived...

Tjori customer care service sucks. I have never experienced such lousy online sellers who don’t have any telephone support available and the email one is so pathetic that they don’t even care to understand the issue and writes standard messages.
Tjori is just concerned about money - even product quality is also so-so and they are highly overpriced. I ordered two products from them last month. Received one which is so cheap in quality that I lined-it up for return which Tjori acknowledged and arranged for reverse pickup in almost 7 days time. And the person who can to pick up the product, picked wrong product and delivered to Tjori. They acknowledged receipt of product but didn’t arrange for its return. Have been following up for almost 10 days with no relevant response.
About the 2nd product which I ordered, I am still waiting for delivery and following up with team.
Awful experience!!! I shall never go back to Tjori for any shopping and will advise others also to find another seller.

Tjori is a fraud company. One time it happened I thought maybe exception. But again it has happened! Why is this company still on existence by frauding people??????
I received a size that was 3 sizes smaller than the one I ordered. And there are threads that are pulling out in several places, causing a run and tear in the fabric. Have tried mailing them too. Haven't received a reply yet.

Having an horrible experience with this site. Have ordered a skirt 2 months back and now the only thing i can see is extension of my delivery date. Would never recommend this site. No customer care number. Feel cheated.
