I placed an order as a guest on todaylivedeal.com. But there is no confirmation of order. The amount has been debited from my paytm account but still there is no confirmation received on my email and sms, also there is no option to check order status. what i do now?

have orders a smart watch from their online platform, after opened a product it was not that i have looked for they selling wrong product to customer. they are cheating by selling wrong fake chinese product to customer. also their customer services are bad not reverting on mail and answering a call.
don't buy any product from these cheater. they are stigma to our country.
