I booked a wristwatch product, but received another product, not sure what happened, also i'm trying to follow up on their registered complaint number.. It's always busy or no boady response when it rings. Shame of service.

When you don't satisfy customers of their needs, why do you run a business and get yourself registered with a complaint.

If you are unable to register booked item, then notify the customer...

Today on 18 april 2019 i have ordered a mii3 smart band but now i want to cancle my order on the current day 18 april 2019 and i have called to the customer sevice to cancle my order but no one answering the call even they have switch off there phone for some hours now i want my money back and cancle my order but they are not responding any thing....

I have orders a smart watch from their online platform, after opened a product it was not that i have looked for they selling wrong product to customer. they are cheating by selling wrong fake chinese product to customer. also their customer services are bad not reverting on mail and answering a call.
