[Resolved]  Togofogo.com / Upr eCommerce — payment deducted even if my order cancelled 1.5 month spended not received refund yet

I ordered iphone 5s from togofogo on 5 the june but my order get cancelled 4 times but payment deducted through my credit card. I sent all the statements to them but they are not refunding my money i am stuck up with this. They said they are enquiring from tllast 1 month please take strict step against them. Worst company ever i see. Even if they are not replying on mail. I am attaching screenshot of payment deducted and ni reply from them.

From last 3 weeks you are saying that it will take 5-7 days. I think no company will get 1.5 month time to resolve technical problem. Your employees said that we do not have any information about your order. So please give me confirm date when will I recieve my refund .

I bought a combo nokia 5233&N73 mobile from togofogo.com but they send me the product which have display problem So I return that on25.11.2017 plese return my money Order id no.-(SUB-ORDER Id: TO[protected]) Sub Total rs 2824/-Please help me. I am a student and now I am in big loss.
