Tolexo — Low quality product and Customer service | |||||
I have written this to Dinesh Agrawal, but also wanted to complain here on the portal. I purchased a LED bulb from Tolexo for the first and the product is very low quality, many bulbs burned out soon and also bulb brightness was not at all good. So due to this reason I called up Tolexo customer care to inform the same and look for a resolution, but the response given by the customer care executive was not at all satisfactory. Hence I asked him to transfer the call to some one senior, but the executive told me there is no one senior available on the floor, without thinking how customer will feel. I did request many time, but the answer was same. I am very disappointed with the service and the product and cannot escalate, as I didn't got a chance to talk to any senior. So I thought let me bring this to your notice. I would like to continue shopping but now I feel if this is the service then it's not to continue any more. I took the name of the executive and his manager, but don't want to reveal. My purchase details are as below. ... Dear Ishwar, Greetings from Tolexo.com!!
