The coating or the lamination has started to peel off . The bag is in awful condition . There is no clarity form Ms.Neetu sagar
( brand conceptsLtd, Indore )on why this has happened, then she had happened to send a stupid mail just stating the invoice details and warranty card .
I need a proper clarification on why this has happened . i fee we overpay for some products . After requesting for a mail on why this has happened and getting a blunt feedback cannot be taken .
