Tommy Hilfiger — tommy hilfiger - belt damaged within 16 days from the date of purchase

I have received tommy hilfiger belt on 24th sep 2018 and it gets damaged (Buggles molded screw is missed) in a 16th day from the date of receiving, so i can't able to return/replace the product. As per your policy i have to return within a 15 days.

Kindly help me to return/replace the same product with a good quality.
