Toolsvilla — Booked a 2 Din Deep Fryer and never delivered nd refund trouble

Hi, will you ever reply to my message pls,
I have asked for refund on my order GS11179843, there's no reply coming from your side, are you a fraudulent company or a legit company, why am I being troubled so much it's crossed a month now🙏

I have written and called so many times ad ots been a month, the product delivery guy called saying he will turn up next day md never come, the product got returned and refund is not being processed, I don't think this is a legit company and need to file consumer complaint
