Subject: Refund request and cancellation of treatment with Toothsi

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Toothsi (makeO) regarding the orthodontic treatment I enrolled in. Despite paying for the service and following their process diligently, I have faced multiple issues that have caused me financial loss and wasted time.

Grievances:
- I raised my issue with Toothsi on December 14th, but have received no follow-up or resolution.
- The Toothsi app failed to provide updates on my treatment progress.
- Toothsi demanded additional money beyond the agreed plan.
- I was advised to undergo a tooth extraction outside their service, which I had to arrange and pay for separately. This could have been avoided had Toothsi provided proper treatment plan.
- Toothsi sold me two extra foam products costing ₹1, 500, which were unnecessary.
- Overall, I have wasted six months without any meaningful treatment progress.

Financial Loss:
- I have already paid ₹25, 000 EMI towards the treatment.
- Toothsi is still attempting to debit another ₹25, 000 EMI from my account despite the unresolved issues.

Relief Sought:
I kindly request the following:
1. Immediate refund of ₹25, 000 EMI already paid.
2. Cancellation of the treatment plan with Toothsi.
3. Stop further EMI debits of ₹25, 000 from my account.

Conclusion:
The lack of service, misleading demands, and poor communication from Toothsi have caused me significant distress and financial burden. I request your intervention to ensure a fair resolution and refund.
