I paid 50000 to Toothsi for my clear aligners and they said they’ll deliver my aligners in maximum 3 weeks but it’s been more than a month I got no aligners till date. They’re just extending the date.They are quick to take my money and once I paid them they stop calling me and when I called them they say your smile buddy is not on the floor I'll request a call back and then there's no call back.
I went to their dentist for the scan and all and after coming back I had bleeding gums and soars and I decided to take a step back and initiate refund but they kept forcing me and daily my call is picked by some or the other person and they never talk about the refund It was my hard earned money.
I also read horrible reviews about then on the internet where people said they’ll deliver had to get jaw surgeries done because of their poor treatment. I’m so scared. I just want my refund that they refused to give as they were not able to fulfil their promised services.
