I really want to express my frustration and anger towards the founder of the toothsi company, as I feel that the work environment there is extremely toxic and detrimental to employees. There’s a heavy pressure placed on the sales team, forcing them to convert every single logged-in user into a paying customer. If they fail to meet these expectations, there is a risk of being fired, and this creates an atmosphere where employees experience mental harassment and stress on a daily basis. The situation is really unacceptable and unhealthy for everyone involved, impacting not just job performance but also overall well-being.
