I have raised the refund request more than a month ago and still there is no response from their end nor received any message stating the refund is initiated..
Tried calling customer support, but their continuous response is saying your smile buddy will contact you.
And that smile buddy named Pradeep mudaliar has never contacted me after i said I want refund as i m not satisfied with the plans they have given.
A very very bad experience with toothsi i got.
When the person swipes our account before even giving us the plan but when we reject the plan that doesn't suit us, there is no response from them.
This is a very bad experience I have got with toothsi ...bad responses and the smile buddy blocked me for asking about refund status . Was this information helpful? |
