Toothsi — Issue

I was completed a scan and after that day I was informed that I doesn't want to continue this, but they stated me for that you have to pay 11k, I was told that I'm not even taken a single treatment why I've to pay the amount after that huge conversion they said I'll CONTACT you regarding this soon, but until now I didn't even received any of the calls from them. After the month later they have deducted my money of Rs.6k I just leaves it, but again for the next month they have deducted the amount. Let me confirm after I planned and talked with you why the ### you are stealing my money don't you have any policies, I've reviewed all your policies which says for 1st 7 days of cancellation you have taken only of 5k but the hell you are still stealing my money without my concern, like this way only you are earning the money right. No proper response from CUSTOMER CARE why they ### the company is going I didn't know, whatever that is from your end but stop stealing my money.
