Toothsi — Issues with promised inclusions, delays, and poor service

I am extremely disappointed with the service. At the beginning, I was clearly told that everything—including the braces and the Smart Routine Combo—would be included in the package. However, after payment, nothing was delivered on time.

It took almost 2 months just to receive the braces, that too only after repeatedly raising queries and contacting customer support. Instead of resolving the issue, they kept calling the next day asking the same questions, saying “a ticket will be issued, ” and kept delaying the process.

Now it has been almost 3–4 months, and the Smart Routine Combo, which was promised at the start, has still not been provided. After raising multiple queries and contacting several times, they are suddenly saying that the combo is out of stock. How can a company promise something in the beginning and then deny it months later? If it was out of stock, why inform us only after so much delay and only when we repeatedly followed up?

This is extremely poor service and very disappointing. I chose Toothsi thinking it would be a convenient and smooth online experience for dental treatment, but it has turned out to be the opposite. The service has been far below expectations.
