Toothsi — Misinformation regarding service, wrong prescription

I used to get a lot of Marketing calls from Toothsi and decided to take up their service as I needed my teeth alignment done. Initially they got me a video consultation by a doctor and told my case can be taken up. The scan will be done and they will send me the aligners kit and the procedure will be done locally in my hometown. After the payment was done and my debit card autopay loan was initiated they started coming up with new information such as the aligners installation on my teeth had to be done in Goa, which is 7-8 hours away, On further clarification I was told I could get it done in Bangalore which is still at the same distance. Another revelation done to me was that I needed to get one of my tooth extracted by any dentist. They gave me a prescription by some doctor of theirs which I had to present to my own doctor locally. When I showed this, the doctor refused to extract my tooth saying that the prescription is wrong and is a health risk for me. I went to another doctor and he also showed no confidence for this treatment. Please note that the aligners were already sent to me before my tooth extraction. So I don't know on what basis they are manufactured/customized for me. When I complained this to toothsi they denied being wrong and asked to go ahead with the procedures. After numerous back and forth complaints and miscommunication, I asked them to cancel but they told me that I will be charged as it is already paid by the loan. My first installment is already debited without me taking any service from them and the entire procedure not being suitable for me.
