Toothsi — No proper response and treatment delayed and stopped

E have got the second aligner kit where the aligners were not fitting properly, so we called the customer care and they asked us to visit Jayanagar Clinic to take the consultation. There a lady doctor she checked the 15th aligner and saw the improper fitting. So she took the re-scan of the teeth and sent to the production unit for new 2nd aligner kit on 24th Sep 2023 by 7.30PM. Doctor said we will receive the kit in approx. 15 to 20 days. Till now there is no message about it. We called to support number to check, they said on 16th Oct they have sent to production unit. Already there is a delay of 2 months in treatment and there is no SPOC assigned to us for any inconvenience caused during the treatment. Nor I have got any call from Toothsi till now. They have collected the complete treatment cost of 50000/- Need my treatment to be completed and initiate the process immediately or refund the complete amount with penalty of causing loss of restructuring of my son's teeth.
