I, UID TCOT[protected], enrolled for a clear aligner treatment plan for 70000 rupees and opted for the EMI payment method. My first installment was scheduled for July 3, 2025. However, I requested cancellation of the plan on June 10, 2025—well before the installment date—based on my understanding that I was eligible for a full refund as per the policy.
On June 17, 2025, I received an email stating that a refund would not be provided due to the cancellation policy. I would like clarification on why the refund was denied despite the cancellation taking place before the first installment.
Following this, since the refund was refused, I requested the cancellation withdrawal. I was informed by your representative that my account details would be transferred to my alternate phone number .Unfortunately, I have not received any update since then regarding the continuation of my treatment. It has been over 6 months with no resolution. Meanwhile, my emis are getting debited from my account, despite neither receiving a refund nor any treatment progress.
This experience has been extremely disappointing and reflects poorly on the overall service and communication.
I request immediate action on this matter. I expect either:
1. A full refund — which I prefer,
or
2. Prompt continuation of my treatment plan without further delay.
Have sent multiple mails and tried to call and talk to customer executive no resolution.
Kindly treat this as urgent and provide an update at the earliest.
