I made the down payment of Rs.11000 on 05-May-2022 through the website. I have attached all the proof for your reference with this mail.
I have mailed the team for the cancellation of my service. The smile expert and sale representative have started ghosting me. The X-ray was taken but it has been a month and no update is given I get a call that I have to submit my X-Ray again. Multiple
I have been affected financially and I am not in a position to pay for my payment. No communication from the team for the last month has forced me to raise it on the consumer forum.
Kindly please help me to get my refund payment of Rs.11000. It's my hard-earning money which I would be needing in this down phase of my life. please help me in this case and do the needful.
