Toothsi — Refund of my amount rs.12, 000/- after cancellation of plan

I emailed to toothsi "[protected]@toothsi.in" on 14/11/2024, 08.26 pm for refund of my amount Rs. 12, 000/- as I was facing financial problems.
But till date, toothsi have not refunded the amount. I have paid Rs. 12, 000/- on 10/11/2024 by credit card; UPI Transaction ID[protected].
I was told of plan with total cost of Rs. 68K with monthly payments without loan. But later, I was told to pay Rs.53, 000 in full after paying advance of Rs. 12, 000.
Kindly help me get my money back.
