Hi Team, I have got the aligner consultation from toothsi to my daughter. They have told the treatment is very essential other wise her jawaraalu and teeth may be problematic in future. When I asked I need time to revert back. They insisted me to buy the product the same day of my daughter's consultation ( 20th Nov23). I have strongly told that I don't want to take treatment from them. Next day another person abhishek called and conviced me to take the treatment. So made payment of 70k on 21st Nov23 After I did the payment and uploaded the xray of her teeth. When I checked with my daughter she told that she is not comfortable and doesn't want the treatment. So I have requested for the refund through mail and call. Now they are saying we cannot refund without Validation reason. They have the cancellation policy in the website but they are denying to give me the refund. Please help me in this regard. My registered number is [protected].
