Toothsi — Teeth Alingers

This is to inform you that Toothsi are the worst in dental care and dont know how they are being promoted in the market for their services .At first they approached me and told me that we have to take digital scan of your teeth and alignment and shall then know wat kind of aligners will be fixed and told me that it can be done digitally done from home .They took the scan and started telling me the gap between my teeth is increasing and shall grow wider and wider due to which these aligners are required for getting it aligned . They also told there is a problem with the GUM and started telling me various thing which started making me conscious and terrified me and then they pressurized for the treatment and told me that the digital scan which has been taken is not sufficing the details which they wanted and then they made me travel to Dadar to their clinic .before that they had told me to make a down payment of 110000 and other 48944 was taken in the form of EMI as instructed by the Toothsi counterpart.

when i went to Dadar the doctor who i had to consult had already left for the day and was given an other appointment for the scan which had to be done .in the second sitting the doctor took the measurement of my alignment and told we shall give u the aligners and that shall help u in getting the things done .but when the doctor saw scans and told there is cavity and filling has to be done and then only we shall give you the aligners now i had made the payment and i had become the scape goat and told them i[censored] are a dentist u can do the same, they bluntly rejected it and told u should do it from outside and take the scan and show it to us and then only we shall process further with the treatment and wen i did it as per the requirement they took the measurement for the aligners and told it would be delivered

now when the aligners came and i tried it on, they are atrocious how can an human being wear the same dam unconfutable and dam painful and there is no results for the same and this cannot be used on regular basis and how they claim that this can be easily done, now when i m trying to reach them for a reversal they are bluntly telling that reversal cannot be done as a aligners has been sent to you and no refund shall be given for that amount .i felt i have been cheated Baldy and doctors are unprofessional and literally no client service and they have just looting the consumers by playing with the sentiment and i m writing this to the forum that i need a refund for the amount which i have paid as there is no response from toothsi end .Request your intervention and get a solution for the same
