My wife and I got caught in a scam of Toplite Holidays Private Limited Company on 29th March, 2022 in Goa.
We were going for a lunch near Calangute beach, on the way we were stopped by the company hired man, he told us about his hotel anniversary that today is his hotel anniversary so he has a proposal for couples in which two cards will be given, if we become winners then we will get gifts at their hotels, by opening the cards she become the decided winner. We got caught in his trap and went to his hotel NEELAM GRAND HOTEL.One of their condition was that they would scratch the card after we walk around the hotel and Know about their membership. We went to the hotel and then they took us to a room where all the couples were already seated. We were also seated and explained how we can save both our money and time by subscribing to this company. Akansha and Kalpesh through their list explained to us about the places to visit around the world, then showed us some pictures of couples traveling to different places across the world through this subscription. We also decided to take the plan, we found this plan easy and affordable as it covers both national and international tours.

We were fully promised that we will get free pickup and drop facility, 4*, 5* hotel, and 9000+tax maintenance charges per year(AMC) if we will travel through it, and nothing more.We decided to take a 5 years plan which was of 1 lakh. I had less money in my debit card, so we were offered EMI. Asked to do EMI from CREDit card but due to slow internet, he converted EMI from his laptop. We were not even given a chance to read the agreement and they took our signatures.
we came to our hotel and read the review of the company, there were many negative comments regarding membership, we understood that we were caught in its trap. I got the membership card as per their timelines but when I tried to use it by calling them or dropping emails they started making excuses - hotels not available on that date, they changed rules as well. They were giving me list of hotels which were not listed in their brochure. Also they were offering the cheap hotels with higher prices than market. I dropped lot of emails, called mANY TIMEs No one picks up. Now their SUPPORT number is switched off :[protected]. Kalpesh and Akansha who sold me this have already left the company. When I told Toplite over email that I am going to file a case against your company there was no response from them.
I know I am cheated and I don't want anyone else get into this trap. People who are doing this kind of stuff with innocent people, how do you get sleep at night? Don't you have a family. I curse you, you gonna loose everything in life that you earned by doing this.

I want to cancel our membership and want my full money back(1L). Anyways I am going to file a court case.

I humbly request to Indian government & Tourism Ministry of GOA please look into the matter and ask this company to return the payments. These Highly Organized frauds with Honest and poor people, who pay taxes and you looted their money, you ### you won't get space in hell.

I have not availed any service from Toplite yet, why are you lieing?
I have been sending mails for last 2 months but you did not provide any proper resort/hotel. You provided the list of hotel ( which were cheap not even 1 star hotel)which were not listed in your brochure.

on 3rd June, I got call from Toplite(Vibhav Rathore) and he assured me that I will get refund in 24 hrs. Now that 24hrs. already passed, his number is coming as switched off. I responded to Toplite over email about this incident and seems they are not aware of this. Let me highlight this:
everyone is this company is fraud.
They do not provide any genuine service. they take your money and forget. its a cheat. when you start complaining then they start offering. I dont want any one else to get into this trap and I am going to expose TOPLITE. I have all the evidence of their fraud.
They won't give you the hotels which are listed in their brouchure.
they give the cheapest hotels which no one will use
they don't pick up your calls
support number is switched off
on email, they keep on giving different excuses.

I just want my money back(100%), anywas I am gonna file a case.
I have all the proofs in written over email.

I need a clarification; are you going to cancel my membership and refund my money or not?
I have not used any of your services, paid you 1 Lakh. I have all the evidence of your fraud. Just let me know ASAP. YOU are delaying me in filing the case. I am going to highlight this on all social media platforms, new media, newspapers. You guys will be arrested soon. Just wait and watch.

I am not getting any response from Toplite, even if I raised the complaint here, sent multiple emails also on the consumer forum emails, what to do now, I don't think I have any other choice then filing a court case for this fraud.
I am filing a case in consumer forum now, I did not get any response in last 3 years from TopLite, such a shame.

    Me and my husband were in Andaman Havelock island where we got caught in a scam of Toplite Holidays Private Limited Company in November, 2021.

    We were going to Radhanagar beach, on the way we were stopped by the company hired man, he told us about the company and one day discount.

    We got caught in his trap and went to the hotel TSG Blue resort and spa. One of their condition was that they would scratch the card after we walk around the hotel and Know about their membership. We went to the hotel and then they took us to a room where a lady named Ronak explained to us about the places to visit around the world, then showed us some pictures of couples traveling to different places across the world through this subscription. We decided to take the plan, we found this plan easy and affordable as it covers both national and international tours.

    We were promised that they only give 4*, 5* hotel bookings, and some yearly membership fee of 10k is charged, and nothing more. We decided to take an 25 years plan which was of 2.5lacs.

    The lady was so much in a hurry to sell the plan that she traveled with us back to our hotel which was 15 kms from tsg resort as we were not carrying our credit card. it is that day and this day that lady is not reachable her phone number is not valid as she promised she will attend us till she is working for toplite, and no other person was assigned if she already left- fraud number 1

    After 2 months when we dropped our first reservation enquiry for Mumbai she said all the rooms are booked in other hotels
    Though we enquired 30 days before booking date and it was asked that 14 days before booking date you will get the rooms.
    Fraud2-
    And since last 1.5 years when we are trying to book/reserve hotels they either-
    1. no rooms available
    2. No response till 1 week time
    3. Mobile number not reachable given at website
    4. 3 star hotels are given

    In April, I was booking for Goa they said in April and may we don't have bookings
    i changed my dates to June it has been 10 days I have not received hotel names from them.

    we tried calling them but number is not reachable or out of service, we want to cancel our membership and want our money back.
    I humbly request to Indian government & Tourism Ministry of GOA(they told us their head office is in goa) please look into the matter and ask this company to return the payments.

We got caught in his trap and went to his hotel NEELAM GRAND HOTEL.One of their condition was that they would scratch the card after we walk around the hotel and Know about their membership. We went to the hotel and then they took us to a room where all the couples were already seated. We were also seated and explained how we can save both our money and time by subscribing to this company. Sana through her list explained to us about the places to visit around the world, then showed us some pictures of couples traveling to different places across the world through this subscription. We also decided to take the plan, we found this plan easy and affordable as it covers both national and international tours.
      We are fully promised that we will get free pickup and drop facility, 4*, 5* hotel, and 9000 maintenance charges per alternate year if we will travel through it, and nothing more.We decided to take an alternate 5 years plan which was of INR 48000. I paid that using my Credit Card ( pay id- pay_J47JVwxTmMqVQp). We were not even given a chance to read the agreement and they took our signature and given a mem id- TP070322/219
      we came to our hotel and read the review of the company, there were many negative comments regarding membership, we understood that we were caught in its trap. However, hoping that we will try for Holiday 2023, we came back to Bangalore.
      Now we are trying to plan for Holiday which is even 3 months later, they are informing there is no Hotel available. Also, no one is answering our calls, you send an emai, they reply after 5 days with an appology, we want to cancel our membership and want our money back. These people are frauds, scammers.
      I humbly request to Indian government & Tourism Ministry of GOA please look into the matter and ask this company to return the payments. These Highly Organized frauds with Honest & Innocents Tourist which bleed honest citizens from their hard earned money.

        They are not providing the hotel reservations whenever we email request them for hotel booking. Their customer care number:[protected] no one picks up the call. I have tried calling them 50 times.

        After calling on a particular phone number, who happens to be their owner, the customer call girl picked up the call. They but then did not provide the good options for the hotels. then we told them again that these are not as per the standards of toplite/or us. pleaded them to provide other options.. which they provided the hotel is not so great. But now what to do as we have paid the membership we have to bare the pain for 5 years...please don't take their membership.

            We were caught by a guy when me and my husband had gone for a trip to goa and he explained about the toplite company anniversary event and hence we received a coupon where he said that I won a coupon and they took us to Hotel Neelam grands where they explained about the life term membership policy and we decided to opt for it. We made a payment of rupees 1, 25, 000 and they gave us the bond and sent us the welcome kit after a month to our address. The coupon I won said that we can visit one of the four places mentioned with 2 nights 3 days stay free from any of their partnered resorts. We decided to visit ooty and emailed them to help us in the booking process. They are not responding to our mails or calls and we now came across many fraud reviews. We would like to get the amount back and lodging this complaint for the same.

There service is pathetic, we have booked pur kerala trip which we had to cancel due to corona. For which they have not even given the free days.

              Now we are trying calling them they are not receiving and not a proper reply or booking.

              They are diverting us to some 3rd party vendor and not doing anything.

              Please help us in getting our money back.

                We visited GOA in November 2022. While exploring we came across a scratch Card guy where scratch card was having Special holiday voucher in it. But with a condition to sit for 1 hour. They told abt various schemes & all & finally made us agree at 105000 scheme for 15 years alternate 7 holidays.
                I paid through Credit card EMI. As they provoke you and your wife to take that scheme which looks super promising.

                Now it's been 2 months, having received any welcome kit or anything else. Even Not picking our calls. Merging Star is a scam. Goa is full of scams guys. Toplite Holidays has a branch named Merging Star. Scammers. Also 7 continent is the name on their bank account. It's a scam.

We decided to take an alternate 25 years plan which was 2 lakh and decided to pay 50 thousand as we needed money for the trip.
                  we came back from goa and read the review of the company, there were many negative comments regarding membership, and we understood that we were caught in its trap. when we asked about the website, they said they have a technical glitch and they are working on it, they didn't even give a time to do some research.
                  we had agreed over calls and emails and when I said I will go legally, then they came up with refunding the money and asked us to fill the forum which was given by them. we agreed to it and decided to fill out the form and send it back to them. they said once we receive the form within 45 days it will be refunded, from the month of December 2022 am following up with these Toplite executives, no one is answering our calls or emails.
                  I humbly request to the Indian government & Tourism Ministry of GOA please look into the matter and ask this company to return the payments. These Highly Organized frauds with Honest & Innocents tourists who bleed honest citizens from their hard-earned money in this most difficult times.

                      My wife and I got caught in a scam of Toplite Holidays Private Limited Company on 2nd October, 2021 in Goa.
                      We were going for a walk on Calangute beach, on the way we were stopped by the company hired man, he told us about his hotel anniversary that today is his hotel anniversary so he has a proposal for couples in which two cards will be given, if we become winners then we will get gifts at their hotels, by opening the cards she become the decided winner. We got caught in his trap and went to his hotel NEELAM GRAND HOTEL.One of their condition was that they would scratch the card after we walk around the hotel and Know about their membership. We went to the hotel and then they took us to a room where all the couples were already seated. We were also seated and explained how we can save both our money and time by subscribing to this company. Arbazz through his list explained to us about the places to visit around the world, then showed us some pictures of couples traveling to different places across the world through this subscription. We also decided to take the plan, we found this plan easy and affordable as it covers both national and international tours.
                      We are fully promised that we will get free pickup and drop facility, 4*, 5* hotel, and 9000 maintenance charges per alternate year if we will travel through it, and nothing more.We decided to take an alternate 5 years plan which was of 45000 rupees. I had less money in my debit card, so we were offered EMI. Asked to do EMI from credit card but due to slow internet, he converted EMI from his laptop. We were not even given a chance to read the agreement and they took our signature.
                      we came to our hotel and read the review of the company, there were many negative comments regarding membership, we understood that we were caught in its trap. There was talk of getting the travel card in a month but that too did not come.
                      Now, no one is answering our calls, we want to cancel our membership and want our money back.
                      I humbly request to Indian government & Tourism Ministry of GOA please look into the matter and ask this company to return the payments. These Highly Organized frauds with Honest & Innocents Tourist which bleed honest citizens from their hard earned money in this most Difficult time of COV 19.

                        I want refund. Mr salman sales man from andaman working in your company..said me if I won't like the service we will provide refund.but now he is not responding even ur company also asking for Tvc charges which was not mentioned to me at the time of membership. In agreement it was mentioned as exchange when I asked about it Mr salman said it is charges for exchanging your membership with others..it is a fraud..he is a cheater.i don't want this type of membership I want my money back..resolve my issueasap

                            I want my refund as Toplite is a complete trap and fraud.

On the way of Radhanagar beach, we were stopped by the company hired man, he told us about his hotel anniversary that today is his hotel anniversary so he has a proposal for couples in which two cards will be given, if we become winners then we will get gifts at their hotels, by opening the cards she become the decided winner. We got caught in his trap and went to his hotel TSG Blue Resort and Spa and met with Gaurang and his team. One of their condition was that they would scratch the card after we walk around the hotel and Know about their membership. We went to the hotel and then they took us to a room where all the couples were already seated. We were also seated and explained how we can save both our money and time by subscribing to this company. Gaurang through his list explained to us about the places to visit around the world, then showed us some pictures of couples traveling to different places across the world through this subscription. We also decided to take the plan, we found this plan easy and affordable as it covers both national and international tours.
                              We are fully promised that we will get 4*, 5* hotel, and 9000 maintenance charges per year if we will travel through it, and nothing more. We decided to take 10 years plan which was Rupees 120000 after final settlement. I had less money in my debit card, so we were offered 90K EMI and 30K instant payment. I was paid 30K through google pay. Asked to do EMI from credit card so I had choose EMI from my credit card. After payment, now they are not responding at all. Whenever I was tried to book my offer, Toplite team replied no room available in that duration. But during purchasing of this package they are told me that no issue coming in hotel booking except new year and Christmas. If you want book hotel give us request one month prior but I had given request before 1.5 months before but they are told me hotel rooms not available. After that I read the review of the company, there were many negative comments regarding membership and booking of hotel rooms, we understood that we were caught in its trap.

                              I humbly request to Toplite holidays team to refund my full paid money which was 1.2 lakh.

                                These people attract you with all fake promises and sell you a package and force you to pay on the table itself.

                                once payment done, all terms and conditions change and there tone and behaviour totally change.

                                they show 5star properties but ultimately when you reciev the welcome mail it has all 2star and 1star properties.

                                these people are cheats and looters money going to waste

                                i request goverment of india to take a strict action against them

                                  We were told that there would be no annual fee for my holiday years now everything has changed and I can not pay them 35 thousands more for my holidays.
                                  I want my refund as Toplite is a complete trap and fraud.
                                  I humbly request to Indian government & Tourism Ministry of GOA please look into the matter and ask this company to return the payments.                                     Toplite company sales persons salman shinde and hasan are cheat customers with their fake promises by hiding the terms and regulations in the company and telling full of lies and cheating the customers. I want to cancel my account and I want complete refund of NY money.

                                        I just requested to cancelled our membership for this tie up with top lite holidays because of some personal reasons we can not continue this . Because I know the truth this all scam I already read that the customer reviews, there team was forced us to joined their membership that time was also not ready to joined their membership but they were not us let it go.

                                        I hope your team will understand our situation and cancel this membership as soon as possible . Otherwise I have to do some action against this company .

                                        I already communicated with toplite customer care they said drop a mail for cancellation. But they didn’t respond my call or mail I hope my issue is resolved soon

                                        I hope your team sort out this issue as soon as possible and refund our money we already paid 6 months. We are tie up with toplite date is 24/04/2022.
