We were caught while on holidays in Goa by some random stranger who took us in Neelam Grand Hotel in Calangute and gave us detailed presentation on the plan and fooled us to sign agreement with luting benefits in line with other club memberships
We paid 110000/- for membership which was to begin within a week
Soon when started to contact or check more details, the calls went unanswered and mail's went without response or delayed response still trying to fool us by giving different reasons for delayed response
The executives and customer care aren't responding and based on various reviews and complaints online it's definitely a scam and fraud by white collar people operating from well established hotel in Goa
I requested them to refund and cancel membership, but they aren't responding on th same
Kindly assist to get my money back please

Zakir and Arbaz were the executives who explained the plan in the hotel and now even they are not responding or replying to our calls or messages

Really disappointing to see such planned frauds and scams happening at such high rated vacation places
Police and Governement should take some strict action to safeguard the tourists and prevent from such frauds and scams

    I was informed about 7 days free stay + breakfast and post availing this free stay an normal charges will be there for further reservations

    Now when I am making my reservations for 5 days in Amritsar I have been asked to pay Rs.10000

    I have already paid 85000 as a member and if this is how they are scamming
    I want to cancel my membership and tak full refund along with penalty

      Hi,

      We (Me and my wife) visited to Havelock Island, Andaman on 28 August 2022, one person gave us two scratch cards and said to visit hotel for seminar of 1 hour they will provide gifts(Mobile, watch, holiday package and Tab) after seminar.

      We went to TSG Blue Resort and Spa and met with Salmaan (Manager) and Stephen Aditya have trapped us in there all fake commitments, They told us buy there company Membership and pushed us to to sign agreement.

      We had purchased a policy of 70000 Rs and converted money into EMI of 70000 for 1 year.

      However, we sent an email to [protected]@topliteholidays.com for cancelling this policy but they denied to cancel it.

      we called Stephen multiple times but no proper response from him, i am completely cheated by them.

      Please help me to save this Fraud and they are targeting to many people everyday.

      Please take an action quickly, we are following to toplite's customer care service since one month but they did not cancel yet this policy.
      However, toplite's customer care agent is just simply given answer like "we will talk to ours management and get back to you".

        My wife and I got caught in a scam of Toplite Holidays Private Limited Company on th February, 2022 in Goa.
        We were going for a walk on Calangute beach, on the way we were stopped by the company hired man, he told us about his hotel anniversary that today is his hotel anniversary so he has a proposal for couples in which two cards will be given, if we become winners then we will get gifts at their hotels, by opening the cards she become the decided winner. We got caught in his trap and went to his hotel NEELAM GRAND HOTEL.One of their condition was that they would scratch the card after we walk around the hotel and Know about their membership. We went to the hotel and then they took us to a room where all the couples were already seated. We were also seated and explained how we can save both our money and time by subscribing to this company. Asif through his list explained to us about the places to visit around the world, then showed us some pictures of couples traveling to different places across the world through this subscription. We also decided to take the plan, we found this plan easy and affordable as it covers both national and international tours.
        We are fully promised that we will get free pickup and drop facility, 4*, 5* hotel, and 9000 maintenance charges per alternate year if we will travel through it, and nothing more.We decided to take an alternate 5 alternate years plan which was of 45000. I had less money in my debit card, so we were offered EMI and they took emi from my credit card. We were not even given a chance to read the agreement and they took our signature.
        we came to our hotel and read the review of the company, there were many negative comments regarding membership, we understood that we were caught in its trap.
        Few days back I asked them to book a hotel but they started asked for 11 thousand annual membership for plan activation every year.
        We were told that there would be no annual fee for my holiday years now everything has changed and I can not pay them 35 thousands more for my holidays.
        I want my refund as Toplite is a complete trap and fraud.
        I humbly request to Indian government & Tourism Ministry of GOA please look into the matter and ask this company to return the payments. These Highly Organized frauds with Honest & Innocents Tourist which bleed honest citizens from their hard earned money in this most Difficult time of COV 19

          Me & My wife have been scammed at Havelock Island(Port Blar- Andaman) by the toplite holidays Pvt limited on 24 Aug 2022.

          As part of the scam I paid Rs. 89, 000 to the company using Credit Card

          In very well Organized trick they called us in TSG BLUE RESORT Hotel - Salmaan (Manager) and Stephen have trapped us in there all fake commitments, They told us buy there company Membership Plan for life long membership without .annual maintenance charge.
          now they saying i need give reference then only AMC will waived off.

          And during that day t they didnt given time to read the agreement and force to sign it.

          Salmaan and Stephen Aditya given false information and commitment on my membership,

          Sales team Salmaan and Stephen Aditya in mobile app they showed location wise different resort especially Puducherry.

          Which list provided by Toplite customer care have shared list is completely different.

          I called Stephen multiple times but no proper response from him, when i customer care they dont have information about TVC tie resorts or any resorts availability. i am completely cheated by them.

          I need complete refund, they cheated us, i am gonna file case shortly on company.

          I need Justice and complete refund.

            Your Team member Salman and Faraz force me swipe my card they told me that swipe once we'll convert it into emi for 48 months so i did it now they are ignoring me after swiping they gave me agreement and tell us to sign after reading agreement i told them that i don't need after that they told me just sign sir we'll manage it not only that the told me that travelling and 9000 per year is provided by us they forcefully aggred me after that when i reach here in my place and i called them request them to refund my money but they are not responding me for evidence i have all the conversations and voice recordings so kindly refund my money thank you

                Me & My wife have been scammed in Andaman by the toplite holidays Pvt limited on 18 August 2022.

                As part of the scam I paid Rs. 3, 78, 000 to the company via Credit Card.

                In very well Organized trick they called us in TSG Hotel - Havlock Island Andaman, Mr Salman & Ms Anupama Shinde have trapped us in there all fake commitments, They told us buy there company Membership Plan for 25 Years then we will be entitled to visit only 4 Star & 5 Star Hotel / Resort Across the world in there network.

                Upon receiving welcome email, hotels listed are 3 stars that too only from India and very much cheaper than commitments from company. We have seen similar feedback and complaints from other people.

                They have claimed to have association with big hotel chains like Marriott, Le Meridian, Radisson but when we called these hotels they are denying any affiliations with Toplite Holidays.

                At the time of purchase Mr. Salman had mentioned that we can cancel membership and get full refund within next 45 days if we wish but after emailing customer care is denying right to cancellation.

                We feel extremely cheated as the scheme was mis-sold to us by suppressing/mis-representating material facts. Because o[censored]nsatisfactory services and inconvenience caused to us and associations and also in accordance with the “Cooling off period” norms set by AIRDA/Timespace companies, I and my wife would like to withdraw our membership from this scheme and request the Indian Government and Travel Ministry to look into this vast matter and request the complete refund.

                Hi mr Gaurav jii this Jaya prakash Mr salman and miss anupama shinde sold their product by showing ur payment receipt saying they took for 25years. Similar to you they said the same things false promises like national and international there won't be any other charges like TCA and told within 2months if you don't like it you can cancel the agreement and we wiill refund the full money back they promised.but now they are not responding.So if they won't we can go to consumer court and file a case..every consumer basic right is we are not interested to take services from anyone we can get our money back.we will fight for it. I will share the image of fraud Mr salman. We will file a case against him

                    As offered by your Toplite representative, we were promised vacation ownership of 4 star and 5 star hotels in Indian and Foregin destinations. To our utter surprise, there were no hotels which were tied up with foreign destinations (outside India). We feel extremely cheated as the scheme was mis-sold to us by suppressing/mis-representating material facts.

                    This raised a couple of questions in our minds and after doing some research on the internet about your company, we found that a lot of complaints and fraud claims are filed against your company by individuals and couples including us who had already become the victims of their fraud scheme.

                    Because o[censored]nsatisfactory services and inconvenience caused to us and associations and also in accordance with the “Cooling off period” norms set by AIRDA/Timespace companies, I and my wife would like to withdraw our membership from this scheme and request the Indian Government and Travel Ministry to look into this vast matter and request the complete refund.

                    It is indeed sad to know that you are not happy with our services. We would be glad if you could avail our services atleast once to review us and our services

                    As mentioned to you on the welcome mail, the list of Resorts offered to the welcome mail is the Domestic Affiliated Resort list with Hotels/Resorts ranging from 3 star to 5 star. We do offer properties outside the resort list as well if you wish to book a property of your choice please email us sir with your request and we will definitely honor your request. Please do not worry or hesitate to ask for the property or resort of your choice and we will ensure our service to you. Please email us atleast 8 to 10 days prior for any booking request.

                    With regards to the international Resort list the same can be viewed on the website of our partner associate TVC who takes care of our international booking request.

                    With regards to the reviews we would like to mention sir every individual has its own perspectives and accordingly reviews an organisation from their perspective point of views. We have 500 plus members using their own club benefits by availing holidays on their member entitlement. These members too have given a lot of positive reviews being members of Toplite Holidays. We would suggest and also humbly request you to avail atleast one holiday with us and help us to serve you to our best.

                    As you have mentioned of the inconveniences caused to you we apologise and request you once again to use and experience our service atleast once. Do send us your request for a booking with your dates and destinations and we would be more obliged to honor your request and give us an opportunity to serve you.

                      I was in goa with my family in the in January 2022, and got scammed by this company and they looted my 1.5 lac in the name of some fake voucher, and now trying to contact them they are not picking my call they are putting fake positive review on google to manipulate people and loot them.

                      I am urging Government of India to take down this business as soon as possible and save people from falling for their trap.

                      Friends don't trust their so called positive review on google and their fake promises.

                      They will make sugarcoated promises but that's all fake.
                      Their intension is just to make money by fooling people.

                      I also fall for their trap by trusting google reviews

                        Me & My wife have been scammed in GOA by the toplite holidays Pvt limited on 20 Jan 2022.

                        As part of the scam I paid Rs. 75, 000 to the company using Credit Card

                        In very well Organized trick they called us in NEELAM GRAND Hotel - Calangute Goa, Ms Aasma& Ms Sana have trapped us in there all fake commitments, They told us buy there company Membership Plan for 10 Years then we will be entitle to visit any 4Star & 5Star Hotel / Resort Across the world in there network.

                        At that time customer service no. [protected] was switched off. that time we refuse to pay the amount, after that they forced us make payment and that time Ms. Sana and Aasma were told us that they will arrange 1st tour Direct from Management once we receive there company membership card, we don't need not to contact anywhere

                        as we have received card we are about to plan holiday now nobody is answering the calls and customer care no. is also switched off and Ms. Aasma has not even bothered to help now

                        I humbly request to Indian government & Tourism Ministry of GOA please look into the matter and ask this company to return the payments.                         This has reference to your complaint about our company having cheated you.
                        First and for most every contract or agreement is not forced on any person and all documents of the contract paper is read and signed. Every contract has its terms and conditions and these terms and conditions mention or state that you out of your own free will accept the membership. It also states that the membership is Non Cancellable and Non Refundable.

                        About your mention of Customer care number is switched off we would like to inform you that we have answered your calls, reverted your emails, may be in some occasions due to network problem the call may have not got connected. Customer Care working hours are from 10am to 5pm. Except Sundays & all public holidays.

                        As you have mentioned on your complaint of no assistance been provided to you while you are planning your holiday. As per recorded calls and also emails you have asked for a booking on the gift voucher for 8adults wherein as per terms & conditions on voucher the voucher is reedemeable for 2 adults & 2kids upto 6years of age. Therefore we could not honour your request but we did request you to plan the same on your member entitlement and we can offer you stay on your entitlement. After which you asked for cancellation.

                        Please request you to stop dropping wrong allegation against the firm. If you need any help in regards to your booking please contact the team we will be more happy to help you on the same.

                          My husband and I had been to goa in February, and randomly 2 men came to us and told us we were lucky couple through some coupon code and we are invited to the 10year anniversary of the toplite services in a hotel nearby, where we were manipulated very subtly to subscribe to one of there so called tourism plans. Later that evening we realized about this scam and went to head office only to realise there is no office at all, we have been trying for refund since then through emails and calls and there has been no response. This fraud has caused emotional physical and financial damage nonetheless breaching the levels of humanity and trust.

                            Hi Team,

                            I'm really very disappointed the way they have committed about hotels or resort. They have committed they will provide atleast 4 Star hotels however the list I got over the email about the hotels were 2 or 3 star and seems average hotels.

                            If they have to provide these hotel then why should I get membership from Toplite, I can book hotels from my own.

                            When I send email to their customers care I get reply after multiple reminders only.

                            I got my membership on 31 March however I still didn't received my welcome kit yet.

                            Also, after completing 45 days and multiple reminder they ask me for my address so that they can send my welcome kit. They already have my address in their records and still asking.

                            I got my membership of about 80k and additional 10k every year for maintenance charges.

                            It seems taking membership from these guys are not worth it. You need to remind them multiple times.
                            Also, they are wasting your time and money.

                            Request you to provide hotels as promised or refund my full money.

                            My name is Zubair.

                            The sale person name is Mehraj Rasool, he is from Baramulla Kashmir.

                            I want the refund because they promised they will provide 4 star hotel however when we asked to book it they do not have any 4 star hotel, they are providing 1 star hotel in which we cannot go with our family.
                            They don't pick our call, reply to emails and revert to WhatsApp msg.
                            All the services are below average.

                            I have been asking for refund from my email however they never revert to me.
                            Please help refund my money and I don't want to use your services anymore.

                              Guys who ever go to Goa be carefull this is new kind of scam agent pl come and take u to hotel for celbration, later there they will convince u lot, but we luckily escaped and we got gift as free voucher to travel.
                              by using there voucher i visted there site, but it is totally dummy site,
                              for explaining nd making public fool they have created only master page and left, so public visiting GOA be carefull.

                              and a word to TOPLITE members from me,
                              instead of doing this kind of scam and cheating ppl.
                              please stand near any temple and beg and ull get money, or do some broker work it will be useful instead cheating . Coz o[censored] ppl Name of heritage and beautiful city of GOA will spoil .

                                Fake offers - They’ll tell something and provide something. They are giving only 1 star and 2 star property. There is no 3 star, 4 star & 5 star property are available at Toplite holidays. Also they don't own any property.

                                I just wanted to let you know that i went for a trip with my wife on Andaman & Nicobar island (Port blair) on 25 Feb 2022 and when i was watching sunset at Radha-Nagar Beach on 27 Feb 2022, one person came near me and gave me 2 vouchers (one to me and one to my wife) and allowed me scratch but unfortunately i was not lucky according to him, my wife got lucky voucher and he pressured me to visit near hotel to know further details of the lucky draw.

                                I had to leave the sunset in the middle for the sake of the voucher and when I went to the hotel, few other couples were sitting there with some agents who were discussing something with them.

                                The person who gave me the voucher left from there and another person took us to another room and talked to me about the trip with some nice things but he is not discussing about that voucher got my wife. After 1.5 hours he pushed me to take a plan with some fake promises (you will stay in 5 star property, toplite has their own property in India & Abroad, safety with your wife, 5 star review on google, other people who bought plan etc etc..).

                                I kept denied several times that i don’t have money (No Cash, No Credit Card, No Account Balance) but he insisted me to swap debit card on EMI (My Salaried Account), Also there were no network/No Internet in my mobile to check the more details about the company.

                                When I came back from Port Blair to Delhi, i read the complete agreement, Also read reviews on google and found that they didn't mention radission & Marriot properties in their agreement, Also they assured me that the company is 11 years old but the registration date of the company is 27/03/2021.

                                On 10th March I Lost My Job and I keep calling customer care & insisting Pretty Sawant (Operational Head) to cancel the membership & return the money to the bank, instead of being empathetic she is unable to understand my concern but to blame me in each aspect (you have to read terms & conditions, you have signed the papers etc etc…)

                                I urge Toplite company to please return back money to the bank.

                                Its really upsetting that after an number of reverts on mail you still have decided to unnecessarily miss use the forum for your benefit after reverting and even decaling your request for a cancellation since you have not justified your contradictive request every time for a refund which is not possible.

                                Dear Toplite,

                                I haven't decline anything from my side & always urge to cancel the membership because of multiple reason (Google Reviews, 5 Star Hotels, Lost Job & Wife problem), Also i reverted back to the email that i want to talk to the senior person (Not Pretty Sawant), and it's been 12 days but i still didn't get a reply from your side.

                                Stop Be-fooling, Misguiding & Looting people hard earn money. Your company will refund back my money for sure with "Interest" & Also i told about your activity to Vijay Singh (IPS Officer, Andaman & Nicobar) & Making sure your Agent will be caught there red-handed.

                                I Checked few more things that not a single hotel know about Toplite Holidays, Also the hotels you mentioned in the book is available on Rs. 1000/- only.

                                Still Requesting, either return the money or else i will file a case against Toplite on Supreme Court.

                                  Madam we have already replied to you earlier on the same forum that you should have coordinated for serves to the team but you dint at the same time you have directly offended the firm with false allegation,
                                  Secondly now we see after our 1st revert. You have asked for a refund without asking or using the serves.
                                  While you have purchased the package the contract very well says its non cancellable and non refundable.
                                  So requesting you to stop posting false reviews against the firm.
                                  But yes you can start using your membership by contacting the team thru mail.

                                    Hello team, My last complain was resolved by this fraud company. But nothing is resolved yet.
                                    Please don't allow them to make other innocent people fool and help me to resolve the issue. Whatever information they provide is false and one sided. Please help me from this company.
                                    My wife and I got caught in a scam of Toplite Holidays Private Limited Company on 27th November, 2021 in Goa.
                                    We were going on bike and stopped the bike to ask the address. But our luck was very bad that day. The person to whom we ask for address, that person was the company hired man, he told us about his hotel anniversary that today is his hotel anniversary so he has a proposal for couples in which two cards will be given, if we become winners then we will get gifts at their hotels, by opening the cards she become the decided winner. We got caught in his trap and went to his 4 Star hotel. One of their condition was that they would scratch the card after we walk around the hotel and Know about their membership. We went to the hotel and then they took us to a room where all the couples were already seated. We were also seated and explained how we can save both our money and time by subscribing to this company. Amisha and her manager through his list explained to us about the places to visit around the world, then showed us some pictures of couples traveling to different places across the world through this subscription. We also decided to take the plan, we found this plan easy and affordable as it covers both national and international tours.
                                    We are fully promised that we will get free pickup and drop facility, 4*, 5* hotel, and some maintenance charges per alternate year if we will travel through it, and nothing more. We decided to take an alternate 5 years plan which was of Rs.40000. I do not have credit card so they told me to use my Debit card. I had less money in my debit card, so we were offered EMI. Asked to do EMI from debit card but due to slow internet, he converted EMI from his laptop. We were not even given a chance to read the agreement and they took our signature. In all conversation they didn't told us that we can not cancel our membership in near future.
                                    we came to our hotel and read the review of the company, there were many negative comments regarding membership, we understood that we were caught in its trap. I am following up with them since December to cancel my membership, but they are denying it and saying that we can not cancel your membership. Since January they started to deducted my EMI. Even I ask to hold for some year and do not deduct my EMI but they are not ready on that as well. They are saying that for deduction of your EMI contact your bank. Even I contact my bank also, they are also not ready to cancel my EMI. They are saying that take confirmation from Toplite company to cancel my membership, then only they cancel my EMI.
                                    Now, they are replying same thing om mail that we can not cancel your membership, we want to cancel our membership and want our money back.
                                    I humbly request to Indian government & Tourism Ministry of GOA please look into the matter and ask this company to return the payments. These Highly Organized frauds with Honest & Innocents Tourist

                                      My wife and I got caught in a scam of Toplite Holidays Private Limited Company on 8th April 2022 in Goa.
                                      We were going for a walk on Calangute beach, on the way we were stopped by the company hired man, he told us about his hotel anniversary that today is his hotel anniversary so he has a proposal for couples in which two cards will be given, if we become winners then we will get gifts at their hotels, by opening the cards she become the decided winner. We got caught in his trap and went to his hotel NEELAM GRAND HOTEL.One of their condition was that they would scratch the card after we walk around the hotel and Know about their membership. We went to the hotel and then they took us to a room where all the couples were already seated. We were also seated and explained how we can save both our money and time by subscribing to this company. Asif through his list explained to us about the places to visit around the world, then showed us some pictures of couples traveling to different places across the world through this subscription. We also decided to take the plan, we found this plan easy and affordable as it covers both national and international tours.
                                      We are fully promised that we will get free pickup and drop facility, 4*, 5* hotel, and 9000 maintenance charges per alternate year if we will travel through it, and nothing more.We decided to take an alternate 10 years plan which was 89000 . I had less money in my debit card, so we were offered EMI. Asked to do EMI from credit card but due to slow internet, he converted EMI from his laptop- response then they made me to pay 75000 rs . We were not even given a chance to read the agreement and they took our signature.
                                      We came to our hotel and read the review of the company, there were many negative comments regarding membership, we understood that we were caught in its trap.
                                      So we are raising a complaint about this with in 24 hours and going to demand our money refund but the reviews says these guys not Going to that .
                                      Don't know what to do, tried there no no ans
                                      Also sent them email no response
                                      So please suggest me should I do a police complaint of them too

                                      I humbly request to Indian government & Tourism Ministry of GOA please look into the matter and ask this company to return the payments.                                       Its very surprising that most of the consumer complain looks alike as if just read and copy pasted the same, Please let me remind you that non of the things were forced the presentation you attended was completely at your free will where you signed the concern form you agreed to give your time to the firm.
                                      Secondly who signs a legal document without reading where it clearly mentioned its a non refundable and non cancellable package.
                                      Most of all if the services of the company is not as given as mentioned on the contract than only you can request for a refund.
                                      Most of the client use the forum for their unwanted terms. By dropping false allegations. We would go thru the contract norms and sorry to inform you refund is not possible but yes you can start using your services if you are a member.

                                      There no offense specific on you, Now aday its become trend to just misuse the forum against the firm, Don't mind me saying but most of the members who want to misuse the firm our just drafting the same and than on the basic of that alleygating what so ever with the firm, some call and say if you have refunded to them we also wont please try and understand it varies case to case.
                                      But that doesn't mean speaking against the firm refund would be done, As our rules mentioned on the contract. Its a non cancellable non refundable package.
