I purchase a holiday membership from Toplite holidays in August 2022.
After one year when I planned to avail a holiday as per my entitlement in Aug23.
On website I tried to apply via online form, but no responce. I have mailed the requirement, but the mails bounced back citing Mail does not exists. I tried to contact on phone they says some IT issue. Isuue not resolved even after 15 days.
I asked for alternate arrangement, they refused. Now they are not picking the phone also.
When searched on net I came to know that there are several similar complaints against them.
They are frauds & doesn't have any property/not affiliates to any property.
