Dear Sir/Madam

I have ordered a Intex Cloud Q11 4G Champagne Touch screen digitizer from Touch Lcd House on date[protected], Order ID: 250235

At the time of order i found "Stock Available to order" on the website of
Touch Lcd House.

So i placed the order & pay the full amount of 427/- (INR) using my debit card.

But after receiving the order they reply me with an email saying "OUT OF STOCK-1"

I called them many time to initiate the refund as they don't have any stock left But, they do noting at all.

So, I request you to take all the necessary action against them & solve my problem.
